JOB TITLE: Call Handler (Temp to perm)
SALARY / HOURLY RATE EQUIVALENT TO: £19,000 – £20,000 salary per annum, depending on experience.
DURATION: Temporary to Perm.
LOCATION: W10, London, UK.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Customer service background and SystemOne Experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION: To deliver an effective and competent level of accurate call handling for callers to an Out of Hours medical service. To deliver an efficient appointments service for face to face consultations, in accordance with agreed protocols.
•The assessment of patients needs supported by local policies and Decision support computer software to ensure that patients are prioritised appropriately and directed to the correct end point.
•Liaising with other agencies and healthcare providers to ensure patients are appropriately directed.
